Concerns about a child’s speech, language, and communication
Every child is different – so if the usual approaches to supporting your Tiny Talker don’t seem to be working here are some more things to consider.
- Discuss your concerns with your child’s Early Years setting, Health Visitor, GP or Family Hub. They will be able to offer advice and if needed refer you on to specialist services.
- Take a look at Speech & Language UK’s website. They offer a wide range of support for parents/carers including information about ages and stages, frequently asked questions, webinars and a helpline so you can speak directly to a qualified Speech and Language Therapist.
